The total emptying auger conveys the material located on the external part of the silo towards the centre, where the outlets are located.
The material is moved by dragging thanks to the spiral-like configuration of the auger.
The machine in question has been studied and designed only to convey cereals.
The machine consists of a modular system with a head, a foot and a variable number of intermediate pipes that contribute to forming the required length of the plant.
The head is made of very thick steel sheet and includes a gearmotor; the auger is designed on a case-by-case basis to withstand the weight of the material on it, as it is positioned on the bottom of the silo.
The intermediate elements containing the auger are modular and are bolted together by flanges. The augers are designed according to the standards and regulations in force, provided with the mandatory documentation.
Upon request, they can be delivered according to
ATE regulations.
