The bucket elevator conveys the cereal vertically through a belt fitted with buckets that collect the material at the inlet and unload it at the outlet by centrifugal force.
An armature can be connected to
the outlet and takes the product to the desired utility. The machine consists
of a modular system with a head, a foot and a variable number of intermediate
pipes that contribute to forming the required height of the plant elevator.
The head is made of galvanised steel sheet, with vulcanised rubber coating, the
shaft mounted on bearings and orthogonal axes gearmotor. The pipes are made in
modular elements welded and hot galvanised, bolted together by flanges, where
the belt and buckets are enclosed. Visual doors and bolted doors are provided
for belt and bucket maintenance.
The galvanised steel sheet foot complete with belt tensioning system by means of screw tie-rods which act on mobile sliding supports, an inspection door, a feeding nose, a steel bar pulley splined on a shaft and mounted on bearings. Lower doors, to be opened with the elevator stopped and disconnected from the mains, allow for machine evacuation.
The bucket elevators are designed according to the standards and regulations in force, provided with the mandatory documentation.
Upon request, they can be
delivered according to ATEX regulations.
